It is a blend of anionic surfactant and emulsifiers. It is a high foaming liquid cleaner for general purpose cleaning. It is a concentrated liquid detergent and can be used at small concentrations of 0.1 to 1% v/v, depending upon type of application and degree of soiling.

Applications:  in food and beverage, brewery, dairy andpharmaceutical industry.
